I've applied the mac filtering on my firewall so that someone can't
surf websites while someone can.

However, some users know how to change mac address in LAN card
properties.
I have to give them Administrator rights because some applications do
not run
if Administrator rights is not given.

Is there any method to disallow them to change MAC address?
