Disabling the update free/busy times in ms outlook

I have MS XP and want to stop getting the message that MS Outlook failed to
update free/busy time data.

Turn off the free/busy update. Click Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Free/Busy
Options and put zero in the "Publish..." feature. Make sure there's nothing
in the "Internet location" portion of the dialogue.
