Is there a way to disable Outlook's calendar reminders even when there are
meetings set up with reminders?

Why? My home Outlook and office Outlook both integrate with my PDA. I like
the information in both but don't need to be reminded about all the meetings
I had each evening.

In Outlook, Tools->Options->uncheck the default reminder for the Calendar
selection.
