When users receive email on stationery remote users (on remote
desktop) experience sloooow receipt. Any way to stop the receipt of
stationery and still get the email from the recipient?

You can set Outlook to convert the message to Plain Text;

You might actually want to find out what is causing this delay. For
instance, does the stationery contain a large uncompressed image?
