Talk to your IT folks. Apparently they configured domain policies to
enforce handling of read receipts (which are probably configured in
Exchange to NOT handle or block read receipt requests in e-mails from
outside but they want them enabled inside their network). Your
company's policies say that read receipts must be acknowledged (i.e.,
you must send back a read receipt when an e-mail requests one). Again,
talk to your IT folks as they are enforcing policies dictated to them by
management.
