Hi- I'm using Opera as my browser and email program. I'm tired of,
periodically, having to open Outlook Express to remove all mail. Eventhough
I've deleted messages on Opera they remain on OE. Can I remove/disable OE
and still get my mail?

Email cannot magically get into Outlook Express. You must be opening OE
at some point.

Open OE and go to the area for email accounts. Remove any email accounts
you created. Close OE. You never need to use it again.

Thanks Malke, that worked. By the way, everything about PCs seems
like"magic" to me!

That's because it is magic. ;-)

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic.

Hope this helps. Let us know.

That's because it is. This is a little-known secret. Don't tell
anyone. ;-)

I'm glad you got it sorted. Take care.
