Disabling the mouse "right click" capability

A graduated student helped me modify registry settings and
set group policies in our school so that most student
computers no longer have the capability to "right click"
on the desktop (or anywhere else for that matter). Now, I
can't remember where he made the settings. Can anyone
help so I can disable it for one class of users?
