Disabling an item in Calendar options

Hello-
I wish to completely disable the following check box in the Outlook 2003
client:
Tools/Options/Calendar Options/Resource Scheduling
"Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations"
I cannot toggle this in GPO's and I cannot find the Command Bar ID for this
item (if that's appropriate). My assumption is that I can change it
programatically via a Registry modification. Is this doable?
I want this option to be permanently "not checked" and greyed out so a user
cannot change it.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Eric
