Disabling History delete capabilities

How can I disable the capability for my children to delete
the links in their IE history without completely turning
the history function off? They are onto the fact that
they can cruise anywhere in the net and I won't know where
they have been if they delete the history. I want to be
able to go in after them and see where they have been.
