My company is trying to setup a Thin Client scenario where ideally the users
would only be able to use a IE Portal page. Everything else would be locked
out, disable, whatever you want to call it. Anyone have any information on
disabling the desktop, icons, start menu, etc.? Thanks in advance!

NWren,

Locking down IE-based Thin client image has been discussed a number of times in this NG.
You may want to use the NG google archive to search for the solutions:
http://groups-beta.google.com/group/...n&lr=&ie=UTF-8.

Or you can switch to use IE as the Shell instead of Explorer.

Doh, of course. That would make too much sense. Any info on how to go
about doing that? Thanks!
