Whenever I turn my computer on, before I enter my logon password, I am
greeted with a dialog requiring me to hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This happens on
only 1 of my computers, after I assigned a logon password, and remained even
after I removed the password. How do I turn this off?

Start | Run <type in>
control userpasswords2
<enter>
