Can someone tell me the registry entry I need to change to stop the balloon
message "Click on the Start Button" every time I boot XPe?
I'm not talking about the tool tip when you cursor over the start button.

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer],"NoSMBalloonTip".

(the same under HKLM, HKUS\.DEFAULT)
