In the software for your sound card.

There is no sound card. Sound is integrated.

Why *exactly* do you mean by 3D sound?

An example of the program you are using or the problem you are having would
be best.

If you turn down hardware acceleration for the sound card, (might be built
in but it's the same thing). Or maybe just adjust the output to two
speakers.

control panel > Sounds and audio devices > Volume tab > Under "speaker
settings" section, Advanced button > performance tab, move the slider.

If you can't find it in the software setup for your "integrated sound".
You may "kill" it by changing the speaker setting in Sounds and Audio
devices.
