Disable'Wake on Lan' on XP Home

      21st Sep 2003
When phone ring,pc starts.Been told to disable 'Wake on
Lan'.Don,t know how!!!

Need your help,thanks

It would be a setting in your BIOS.

Actually, the setting would more likely be wake on modem or something like
that.

As Chris said, it'd be in your bios.
If you aren't sure how to access your bios, see this page for some
suggestions

Another place to look for this information would be the manual for your
motherboard.
