My "Snap to" mouse feature, from Control Panel\Mouse is not working when in
Windows Mail. I consider Snap to a time saver and managing my Mail certainly
involves mouse work. Any idea why, it's apparently disabled in Mail and where
I might find a way to enable it?

There isn't a setting in Windows Mail to enable or disble it. If it's not
working in Windows Mail, it's either not implemented for it or a possible
shell problem, you might check the shell newsgroup.
