I accidently hit the disable all button on the msconfig utility on the
services tab. Now some things aren't working correctly. Some of the
services no longer show on the list in msconfig. I can probably turn them on
in the registry, but don't know the proper settings. Is there anyplace where
those can be found. It is my notebook for work, so I don't have all of the
CD's - can't reinstall.

You can configure the services by going to Start/Run and type services.msc This will open the services module.

Double click any services you want to configure and you will have the choice of setting it to start automatically, manually or to disable it.

Here are a few resources that show the default settings for
services in Windows XP. You can access the Services Console
through Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services.
Right click each line, select Properties from the menu and make
your changes. Keep in mind that there may be some third party
services listed. You antivirus program as well as other
security software you have installed will probably have entries
that should be set to Automatic.
