I am trying to fix a goof. in an attempt to work on
correcting error due to the w32.blast.worm I saw
something that said disable the remote procedure call and
so I told my friend to do so but she disable the RPC for
local system basically making it unusable. how can you
enable it. you can't just go to services.msc it won't
let you do anything. I even try a regedit but nothing so
far worked. HELP!!!!

this did not fix it. it is disable in hardware profile
under service.msc and according to help section I read
this overrides what was in recovery console.
