How do I enable the "Print column or row titles in every page button? In
page setup it is disabled (grayed out.)

I expect you came at it from Print Preview.
Use File | Page Setup and open the Sheet tab; it will be available here.
best wishes

If you are trying to set up the page through "Print Preview" this will be
grayed out.

Fix..........Go in through File>Page Setup.

If you have more than one sheet selected this will be grayed out.

Fix............Ungroup sheets by right-click on a sheet tab and "Ungroup
sheets".

No, I passed through File>Page Setup. Thanks for the insight about sheet
groupings. I have never heard of this before. I think maybe another
problem was that I may have had it set for one page wide and three pages
tall when I wanted the opposite to display multiple pages for a column. I
think that it was when I fixed that problem that the thing began to work
again.
