What disabled junk mail filter in Outlook 2003 in last 2 weeks?

The last updated to Office 2003 seems to have disabled the junk mail filter
in Outlook 2003 running on my ViSTA operating system. Is Microsoft going to
fix this or does anyone have a fix?

I have Vista and OL 2003 with all updates and have no problems. Try resetting
the Junk mail settings.
