Disabled Items Resiliency Key in Outlook 2007

I am documenting the troubleshooting process for a 3rd party addin for
Outlook. I am looking for the resiliency key in Outlook 2007. Unfortunately,
I can't crash anything in Outlook for the key to be created.

For example, I know in Outlook 2003, it is located in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\outlook\Resiliency

Googling gets me a whole lot of nothing as far as pinpointing the location
in the registry.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
