I have a LAN setting with one domain and 5 windows 2000
servers. I used mmc and added the group policy snap-in.
This was before we switched to Server 2000. Before, we
had NT 4.0. I have gone to the properties of the group
policy snap-in and disabled both the user & computer
configurations & saved the file. However, I still have
those restrictions when I reboot the system and logon. I
used this mmc program locally on all computers in the lab
which run xp pro. I didn't do anything with the servers
for group policy, etc. How do I get the computer back to
how it was before group policy without using system
restore or formatting/reinstalling windows xp pro?
