I use Access 2007 and have recently inherited a siuation whereby any
alteration to the design of this form I cannot save the changes. I have saved
the form and have eXited the form - got message "do you want to save etc
etc". Have said "Yes" but does not save. Each time I get asked the question
of saving I have to hit "No" to get out of the database. What can I do to
resolve this. In anticipation

You may have some form of corruption. Did you Compact the database?
You can also search the web for the undocumented SaveAsText and
LoadFromText methods.

This happened to me when I converted my databases from Access 2003 to
2007. The only way I could "fix" the problem was to open a new form
in design view, copy all of the fields in the old form, and paste them
into the new form. Re-establish the data source, and you should then
be able to make changes and save the new form (with a different name,
of course). Once you delete the old form, you can rename the new
form.

Hope this helps!
