Hi all,

I'm using Window XP Pro, I've been running fine for a few years, but
recently my CD Drive and DVD External have been disabled. I know they are
working, because I can boot of them and they work just fine in other
Operating Systems. Can someone help me with this.

TIA!

Dan

Google for Upper and Lower Filters. Remove them from your registry and
reboot.
