disabled active scripting and computer keep rebooting

here i am again.
i have recd a msg that active scripting is disabled in my
browser, and pages are not coming up either at all or
only in part. in particular i was searching thru all
users and only got a partial page and then the msg. i
know u can help! i opened ie and clicked on restore
defaults even tho i had never touched them. there was a
difference in the check marks after this!
also, for some reason my computer keeps rebooting. is
there another virus out there i don't know about.
