Hi Robert
The workgroup administrator is just another application program, so short of
renaming it or moving it there's really no way to stop people from executing
it.
However, there's no harm in them playing about with it, since it only allows
them to change the *default* workgroup file. Any secured databases you have
should not rely on this default, but should have a shortcut with the /wrkgrp
switch in the command line.
