Is it possible to disable the Dynamic Windows? Dynamics windows is the
feature that when a window is minimized or maximized it subtly
animates to and from the taskbar.

I would prefer the simplicity and speed of how XP operates where the
window appears or just disappears upon maximizing or minimizing. But i
cannot find any setting that allows me to do this.
