When I switch users or log off my machine, the Utility
Manager starts up and Narrator drones on and on. I am
wonder ing how to disable Utility Manager permanently. I
have found references to disabling the "Utility Manager"
service, but when I open services.msc, there is no Utility
Manager service. Even when the Utility Manager is running,
there is nothing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
