I found that MS Outlook XP has a very annoying option that
really drives me crazy. When I try to send the email
during off-line mode, I will receive a feed back from god
dame e-mail administrator telling me that my e-mail is
undeliverable! Which is really absoutly nonsense! I know
the mail could not be delivered naturally without
receiving a computer auto response!
The worst of all is that when I connct to internet without
restart the Outlook, the outlook will keep on rejecting my
e-mail. This auto-response dosn't happen in Outlook
Express at all. What is wrong with the MS Outlook?

Could anyone tell me the way to disable this stupid
warning from the e-mail administrator?

The autoresponse you are speaking of is not from Microsoft Outlook. Outlook does not have built-in
functionality to send e-mail to your account. Non-Delivery Recipts (NDRs) are sent from your local
mail server or the intended recipients mail server.

If you are receiving these receipts in Outlook but not in Outlook Express, you may be experiencing
some issues with your account or connection settings within Outlook. You may want to create a new
profile and IMPORT your Outlook Express settings for the account in question and see if you have the
same errors.
