Disable subpixel hinting, but keep cleartype?

Is there any way to keep using ClearType in Windows XP, but disable the
subpixel (red/blue) hinting?

Subpixel hinting doesn't work with my LCD rotated, nor does it work if I'm
not running at my monitors native resolution.

I've tried the online ClearType tuner without any luck.
