disable Standby for all users on XP

I have a a crappy dell machine that by defualt was set to
go into standby mode and I usauly turn it off before I
set the box up for someone. Well I forgot so now all the
user have standby enabled on this system and it does not
come out of standby so I was wondering if there was a way
to turn off stanby for all of the users at the same time
because there are to many of them to do individaully?
