I've found my first serious problem with the IE popup blocker that seems to
be non-optional with XPSP2. I ordered race tickets, and at the final
confirmation, it tried to generate a new page with the receipt, but it was
blocked. So I clicked to always allow that site, but unfortunately there
was still no receipt, just a 'need to refresh' button which I knew was
trouble. Indeed, I got two email confirmations instead of the one I wanted.
Now I have to call them tomorrow in hopes that the non-refundable extra
ticket will be refunded anyway.

While I appreciate the value of a popup blocker, I was very happy with
Google's toolbar and saw no need to change. At least there should be a way
to disable IE's blocker if you don't want it, but I can't find one. Is
there any way to do it?

If not, please take this as a suggestion for a windows update, hopefully
soon...to make it optional or easily possible to disable without having to
allow a site after the fact. Thanks.
