Go to "Start" --> "Control Panel" --> "Sounds and Audio Devices Properties"
and select the "Sounds" control tab. Under "Program Events", "Windows
Explorer", select the "Start Navigation" entry and set it to "None" for no
sounds. That should disable the "clicks" as you navigate the web.
