How to disable "show in groups" in all new Outlook mail folders?

In Outlook 2003, when you create new mail folders or subfolders (of the
Inbox, of for instance) they have "Show in Groups" turned on as a default
'Arrange By' behavior. Is their anyway to change Outlook's default settings
so that "Show in Groups" will be disabled for newly created mail folders?
