I regularly visit sites where I get a "security information" window that
states...
"this page contains secure and non secure items, are you sure you want to
display non secure items?"

I know the site (I am login in to check account status') and it is
irritating that this pops up every time I visit it.
Is there a way to turn this off for certain sites or does it have to be
global, how is it done?
I have already checked to see that "warn before switching between secure and
unsecured mode" is unchecked.

Hi; try www.pcworld.com they have the info on the IE 7, beta 2.
Remember though it's still Beta.
