This isn't the answer you were looking for, but an opinion and possible
remedy anyway:
Before taking the screen savers away from everyone, I think try a
small script that checks the screen saver status for that account (it
has its own account, right) and turn it on. Attach it as a front end to
the kprojector program so it runs when the relevent program runs. Then
only that machine is affected.
