I cannot get the "disable schedule" to work.
I check the box and then I click " update schedule" and
then it takes a very long time and then finally it
says : "schedule updated" BUT!!! the box I checked to
disable the scedule is now UNCKED and the schedule is not
disabled. aslo , while its trying to"diable the schedule
it creates multiple copies of the antispy icon in the
system tray -- approximately 6 or 7 copies.
I have uninstalled and reinstaled 3 times -- same thing
each time -- I also redownloaded 2 times.
HELP!!

I just had a similar problem... I clicked disable
schedule, and then update schedule, and it says choose a
day. If I choose a day and then click disable schedule,
it works... you shouldn't have to click a day, so that
has to be a bug... do the product developers read these
boards? I was looking for a send bug feedback feature
within the program and couldn't find it (sorry, I'm new
to this)

Even if you clear all option boxes and choose the "disable
schedule" feature it doesn't stay that way. The moment you
close the GUI the schedule resets and the next time you
open the GUI it's back to the default schedule. I never
know if it does or doesn't run as it's set for 2AM and the
system is always powered down at night. There seems to be
an "apply" button missing.
