Hi Diane, yes, I re-started Outlook but it wont come out of Safe mode. This
happened about 10 days ago. Someone told me to open Outlook by holding down
the Alt key. It says, do you want to open in Safe Mode, i press "No" but it
still opens in safe mode.

what shortcut do you use to open outlook? Check its properties and see if
the command is for Outlook.exe /recycle or outlook.exe /safe. (It should be
/recycle)

In the start search field (vista) or Start menu, Run command, type
outlook.exe and press enter. Does it still start in safe mode?

Hi Diane, how do i access "properties" to find out what mode I am in. I
opened the run command and typed in what you said. Outlook did open but it
opened in safe mode. If I could find where properties are I might be able to
proceed further. thanks for helping me sort out this problem. --
