How can you disable safe mode with networking on a Windows Home? We
use Norton to have parental control on websites that can be accessed
at home, but it won't work if my kid load the OS in Safe Mode (with
networking). How can I disable that or only allow that as the admin of
the PC?

Thanks,

Thanks for the suggestion. It's not an option for me right now. Any
other solution than kill the system? I'm sure it can be done as my
company PC does not allow F8 to choose Safe mode. It's a Dell PC.

I Googled on this string: parental control in safe mode

There are many hits. One of the ones on page 1 was at
<http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.platformsdk.security/browse_thread/thread/db63f4b084c8965f/2b31ad9aeab3ce4a>

or if you prefer,

The fourth post in that thread might interest you. It's by jmagaram, the
OP, oddly enough.

But there are also many other Google hits, as I said.
