I could not find RealOne on the list, could it be
WCOLOREAL or AdaptecDirect CD? When I bring up Real One
it just hangs there not responding, Went to change or
remove programs. It said to be sure to close all Real
Networks applications before continuing. sorry to be a
pain, but I am still confused. thank you for the help

Hi,

Let's remove it. Hit ctrl+shift+escape, look on the processes tab for
realplay.exe. If it's there, click on it and then "end process". Then go to
Add & Remove in the control panel and select the program for removal.
