My users insist on having the Mouse Right Click Menu for Copy and Paste type
stuff. However, if I leave the Allow Default Shortcut Menus checked it also
provides the Properties Option. How do I disable the Properties Option in
VBA?

Zeke,
make yourself a custom shortcut menu with copy and paste and use this
instead of the default shortcut menu in the startup properties dialog.
