First, check the program's own options for a method to prevent it loading at Startup. If you can't find it there, go to Start, Run and enter MSCONFIG Go to the Startup tab and uncheck the item there. When you log off/log on or reboot, you'll get a notice that you're running in Selective Startup mode. Check the box Don't show me this again...........
