sorry, maybe this is a trivial question.
I've got a software for adminstration and maintenace purpose.
But somehow, by default ( and can't be changed bay any
option anyway ) it places a tray icon.
If user click or right click on it, it will show every
configuration of it which is including a password to access
the software itself.
So, I want to remove the icon tray while the apps is
running ( which is running as service in background ).
But ( yes...), how ?

You need to check the program's own options for a way to turn this off.
