Thanks. But I still want the toolbar work for me. Can I use it without

Go find out. Shut down your browser then go rename that file to
something like googletoolbarnotifier.sav. Fire up your browser and
see what the toolbar does. If it works, fine, if not, go back and
rename it to the original "exe" name. Either way you can answer your
own question.
