Dear all,

(Win XP SP2 workstations, AD in Win2000 native mode)

my XP workstations have start menu icons located on a server, rather
than the C: drive.

The problem is this: although I have drive letters and My Network
Places hidden by GPO, it is possible to see all non-hidden network
shares by clicking on a folder icon in the start menu and then
navigating up the tree.

So can all browsing be stopped on the workstation? That is if you click
on the "up" arrow you can't browse.

(Recreating all my network shares as hidden shares is not an option!)

Many thanks for your help

Marcus Burrows
