ok. very important.. i want to remove office 2003 and then windowsinstaller
error, install the other aplications same error ... i want to backup
neroaplications but error com/ole error, copy directory okey but i want to
paste but paste icon is disable, some services not runing, rpc, vmi, to
restart but error 2055, 1068 etc.....

and i did not reinstall my xp pro..my pc dual core 3.0, 160 gbyte hdd,
1gbyte ram its very good pc, i want to only repair it.

You might post the exact error.

Provide the exact errors from your event logs.

You still haven't given us much to go on, I'm afraid. Please read the
