How can I disable the Content supervisor password so that one is not
required. I can change the password, but want to delete it completely.

If you remove the password then anyone can enter the Content Advisor to
make changes. Since anyone can make changes, nothing you configure with
Content Advisor is enforceable. So just disable Content Advisor and
don't use it. If you're going to leave the barn door open all the time
to let the animals wander in and out at will, don't bother putting doors
on your barn.
