Hi,
There's no special command, this is a system policy. If you really want to do it manually,
click Start, then Run, enter "gpedit.msc" and click OK. Then go to Computer Configuration,
Windows Settings, Security Settings, Local Policies, and then Security Options. Then scroll
down on the right and double-click "Network access: Do not allow storage of credentials or
..NET Passports for network authentication" set it to Enabled, then close the Group Policy
Editor and Reboot.
