Disable outlook auto launch (Outlook not in startup folder)

How can I disable the outlook auto launch? Outlook isn't in my startup
folder and it isn't set up as a scheduled task.

Start | Run

In the open field type 'msconfig -6' (without '') and click OK. Do you
see there an entry that starts Outlook? If so disable it!
