Disable only the Insert Column option in Right Click

Hi,

Rather than deleting the Right Click menu, i want to only delete the Insert
Column command. Is this possible please, and if so, how?

You can remove it from the menu right click menu (named CELL), but there are
many other ways to insert columns.
