Is any way to disable new driver installation under
2K/XP? We need to expose USB port and we don't want that
someone will install harmful software and change registry
to run it using driver installation from USB storage
(there is PNP and touchscreen available on system to do
that). Is anywhere good article about secure USB port
available for USB mass storage devices only?

You probaly will want to try a third party application. There are some
supposed registry tweaks, but I have not tried one that I would call
